Stacey Rowe

Stacey has extensive experience guiding school leaders in comprehensive school improvement and has worked with more than 100 schools since 2020 in the highly successful Fogarty EDvance program. Her passion for supporting schools to achieve their school improvement goals was born when she made a mid-career move into teaching at an outer metropolitan secondary school as part of the Teach for Australia Leadership Development Program where as an avid user of explicit teaching in the classroom she saw the powerful difference it made to student outcomes and lives.

Stacey brings to her school improvement her prior experience as a corporate HR executive where she worked on talent and people management.
