System Level

In 2015, Knowledge Society began working in school improvement in Western Australia and from 2017 continued the work in the ACT and NSW.

This culminated in the highly successful five-year Catalyst program rolled out in Catholic Education Canberra Goulburn’s 56 schools. Catalyst was Australia’s first whole-of-system transformation initiative and it has achieved standout results. The Catalyst model has been adopted by Catholic Education Tasmania (38 schools) as well as Catholic Education Sandhurst (52 schools). The impact of Catalyst has been hailed as a breakthrough in Australian education.
